Rachel will be key in overseeing and delivering the HCEB’s role in engaging with the local community to ensure that Heathrow delivers on its commitments to those that live and work around the airport. She brings with her a wealth of experience – she has been Deputy Chair of the Independent Police Complaints Commission since 2013 and has twenty years of senior leadership experience across public appointments and the charitable sector.
